Many of our designs are produced in limited quantity to keep the product special and unique to the marketplace.

For items that are specific to you, please contact us with what you are looking for.  A price quote will be given.  This would not include shipping which would be separate.  Payment in advance will begin the design process.

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped UPS unless otherwise specified.  For security reasons, we can only ship to the address that is listed as your billing address of your credit card.  Your order will require a signature upon delivery.  Purchases may not be shipped to a PO Box.  Any orders that are returned will be charged to the customer.

SALES TAX

A 7.75% sales tax is added on all orders that are shipped within California.  All other states are tax exempt.  International shipments will be subject to the duties, customs and laws of the particular country being shipped to.

RETURN POLICY

Select carefully as many of our items are not returnable due to health and hygiene standards.  It is important to measure your pet correctly to ensure the proper sizes are ordered both in clothing and carriers.  If you are dissatisfied with any unused item, call us directly for a Return Authorization number.  Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. 

All shipping costs for the return will be incurred by the shipper. 

To return an unused product, enclose the product in the original packaging with all the accompanying paperwork.  List the RA number on the outside of the box.
